Week 9/10

So the last two weeks have really seen me get back on track with my training. I still have a long way to go moving forward but I am really happy with the last fortnight. I have really challenged myself this fortnight to make 3 sessions a week with one of them a double session.

I also have a new toy to play with now. I brought a waterproof camera so I can start to get some footage of my training and open water swims to share.
